Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water and blanch the whole cabbage for 5 minutes. Remove the cabbage from the water and carefully peel off the leaves. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll it up, tucking in the sides to create a neat roll.
- In a large pot, pour the tomato sauce and beef broth. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in the pot, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
