Charsiew Fried Rice Adventure

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g charsiew (Chinese BBQ pork), diced
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and scramble the beaten eggs. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the diced charsiew and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry with the ingredients, breaking up any clumps.
- Drizzle the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice. Sprinkle with white pepper and mix well.
- Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and toss everything together.
- Add the chopped green onions and give it a final stir before removing from heat.
- Serve the Charsiew Fried Rice hot and enjoy!
