Chashushuli Surprise (ჩაშუშული)

Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef, cut into cubes

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp marigold petals

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until golden.
  2. Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste, paprika, coriander, and marigold petals.
  4. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
