Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup chopped boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, green chilies, and boiled potatoes.
  2. Add tamarind chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and black salt. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into serving bowls and top with sev.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the chatpate!
