Chatpate

Ingredients
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped boiled potatoes
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, green chilies, and boiled potatoes.
- Add tamarind chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and black salt. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into serving bowls and top with sev.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the chatpate!
