Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into chunks
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups beef broth

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the lamb chunks and cook until browned on all sides.
