Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
