Хьаламаш (Chechen-style Kebabs) are a traditional dish from the Chechen cuisine, known for its rich flavors and aromatic spices. These kebabs are perfect for grilling and are a great addition to any barbecue or gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like shape around a skewer.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
