Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and chopped parsley until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, warm water, and vegetable oil to make a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape, then pinch the edges to seal the meat pocket.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the meat pockets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
