Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour the beef broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
