Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water to the flour mixture.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into a 6-inch circle.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook each circle of dough for 2-3 minutes on each side until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the skillet and cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
