Ingredients
- 3 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups grated cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the melted butter and milk. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Add the grated cheese and mix into the dough.
