Instructions

- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.
- Roll the dough into a log and slice it in half lengthwise. Twist the two pieces together and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
