Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in the flour, salt, eggs, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and slice it in half lengthwise. Twist the two pieces together and place in a greased loaf pan.
