Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle.
- Mix the mozzarella and feta cheese together. Place the cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese to create a boat shape, leaving the cheese exposed in the center.
- Brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg and bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush the melted butter over the crust.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
