Ingredients
- 2 cups stale bread, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 eggs

- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the bread cubes in milk for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the soaked bread, chopped onion, shredded cheese, eggs, and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small dumplings and flatten slightly to form patties.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the dumplings until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
