Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese (such as feta or telemea)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, beaten egg, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each square of puff pastry.
- Roll up each square into a tight roll and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
