Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup candied orange peel
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Divide the cheesecake batter into three portions. Fold the mini chocolate chips into one portion, the chopped pistachios into another, and the candied orange peel into the third portion.
- Pour the chocolate chip batter over the crust in the pan, followed by the pistachio batter, and finally the orange peel batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
