Cheesecake Factory Brown Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup molasses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, buttermilk, and molasses.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
