Cheesecake (yei Yoghurt Cheesecake)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yei yoghurt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in eggs one at a time. Pour filling into crust.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until filling is set. Let cool. Refrigerate before removing from pan.
