Cheesy Cornbread (asunción's Secret: Chipa Guasu)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
