- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks.
