Cherry Cheesecake (Вишневый чизкейк)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  5. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the cheesecake.
  7. Slice and serve the cherry cheesecake.
