Ingredients
- 1 lb Chhurpi (Tibetan Yak Cheese), grated

Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the grated Chhurpi with cornstarch until evenly coated.

- Gradually add the Chhurpi to the pot, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the fondue pot to the table and serve with cubed bread for dipping.
