Chhurpi Ko Sukuti (spicy Yak Sausages)

Ingredients
- 500g yak sausages
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute.
- Now, add the diced tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the yak sausages to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- Season with turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cook for another 30-40 minutes on low heat until the sausages are well cooked and the flavors are infused.
- Chhurpi Ko Sukuti is ready to be served hot.
