Ingredients

  • 500g yak sausages
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute.
  3. Now, add the diced tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the yak sausages to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 30-40 minutes on low heat until the sausages are well cooked and the flavors are infused.
  7. Chhurpi Ko Sukuti is ready to be served hot.
