Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicharrón (crispy fried pork skin)
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt to taste
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the chicharrón in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Warm the corn tortillas on a separate pan.
  3. Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of chicharrón on each tortilla.
  4. Top with chopped onion, diced tomato, cilantro, and avocado slices.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos and add salt to taste.
  6. Serve with salsa on the side if desired.
