Ingredients
- 1 lb chicharrón (crispy fried pork skin)
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt to taste
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the chicharrón in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a separate pan.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of chicharrón on each tortilla.
- Top with chopped onion, diced tomato, cilantro, and avocado slices.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos and add salt to taste.
- Serve with salsa on the side if desired.
