Ingredients

Instructions

- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F.
- Carefully add the cooked pork pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicharrones from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the chicharrones hot and crispy as a delicious snack or appetizer.
