Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced onion, peanut butter, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, ginger, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
