Ingredients
- 1 lb beef or chicken, cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons groundnut (peanut) paste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt to taste
- 4-6 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, vegetable oil, groundnut paste, cayenne pepper, paprika, ground coriander, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the meat chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, then grill over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.
