Chick Fil A Grilled Nuggets

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken pieces in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
