Chick Fil A Grilled Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
  5. Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
