Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Chicken alfredo lasagna is a delicious twist on the classic Italian dish. Layers of tender chicken, creamy alfredo sauce, and lasagna noodles come together to create a comforting and satisfying meal.

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 16 oz alfredo sauce
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and alfredo sauce.
  3. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the chicken alfredo mixture.
  4. Place 4 lasagna noodles on top of the mixture.
  5. Spread 1/3 of the remaining chicken alfredo mixture over the noodles.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers of noodles, chicken alfredo mixture, and cheeses two more times.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top layer.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  11. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
