Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Chicken alfredo lasagna is a delicious twist on the classic Italian dish. Layers of tender chicken, creamy alfredo sauce, and lasagna noodles come together to create a comforting and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 16 oz alfredo sauce
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and alfredo sauce.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the chicken alfredo mixture.
- Place 4 lasagna noodles on top of the mixture.
- Spread 1/3 of the remaining chicken alfredo mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- Repeat the layers of noodles, chicken alfredo mixture, and cheeses two more times.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top layer.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
