Ingredients
- 500g cooked chicken, shredded
- 200g cooked ham, diced

- 300ml chicken stock
- 200ml double cream
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 500g puff pastry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to combine.
- Pour in the chicken stock and double cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
