Ingredients

  • 500g cooked chicken, shredded

  • 300ml chicken stock
  • 200ml double cream
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 500g puff pastry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the chicken and ham to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock and double cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  7. Roll out the puff pastry and line a pie dish with the pastry, trimming any excess.
