Chicken Chapli Kebabs

Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, onion, tomatoes, coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, egg, bread crumbs, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat round kebabs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and naan bread.
