Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 pita bread, cut into small squares
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cumin. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Let it cool, then shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
