Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 large roti or tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until it is fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and slice the chicken into thin strips.
  4. Warm the roti or tortillas on a pan and keep them aside.
  5. Place a portion of the sliced chicken, onions, and bell peppers on the warmed roti or tortilla. Roll it up tightly, folding in the sides to form a wrap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more wraps.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious Chicken Frankie!
