Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 large roti or tortillas
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until it is fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Warm the roti or tortillas on a pan and keep them aside.
- Place a portion of the sliced chicken, onions, and bell peppers on the warmed roti or tortilla. Roll it up tightly, folding in the sides to form a wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more wraps.
