Ingredients

  • 500g chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the masala is well coated.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked and the masala is dry, remove from heat and serve hot.
