Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the masala is well coated.
- Once the chicken is cooked and the masala is dry, remove from heat and serve hot.
