- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 4-5 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- 4 parathas (flaky bread)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
