Chicken Malai Tikka

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup hung curd (thick yogurt)
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix hung curd, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to form a smooth marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and heat oil in a pan.
- Grill the chicken skewers on the stovetop, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a golden crust.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
