Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup dry vermouth
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1/4 cup olive brine

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine the vermouth, gin, olive brine, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the skillet. Discard the marinade.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
