Chicken Recheado Burger

Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp recheado masala
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced onions
  • Mayonnaise and ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, recheado masala, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat a pan on the stovetop and cook the burger patties for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
