Chicken Roulade (ruladă De Pui)

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
  6. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  7. Sear the chicken roulades until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Remove the toothpicks and slice the roulades before serving.
