Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the toothpicks and slice the roulades before serving.
