Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1 cup carrots, cooked and diced
- 1 cup green peas, cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced potatoes, carrots, and green peas.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and toss until well coated.
- Gently fold in the raisins and chopped hard-boiled eggs, if using.
