Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup coconut, grated
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 hot peppers, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated coconut, lemon juice, green onions, and onions.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and hot peppers to the bowl, and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
