Chicken Salad (kelaguen Mannok)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup coconut, grated
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 hot peppers, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated coconut, lemon juice, green onions, and onions.
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice and hot peppers to the bowl, and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
