Chicken Satay Sensation

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, peanut butter, lime juice, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken strips to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken satay with the peanut sauce on the side.
