Chicken Seekh Kebab

Ingredients
- 500g minced chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced chicken, onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and form each portion onto skewers, shaping them into long kebabs.
- Brush the kebabs with vegetable oil and place them on the grill.
- Grill the kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and naan bread.
