Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
