Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
