Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup red chili sauce
- 12 dried corn husks
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the masa harina, chicken broth, lard, baking powder, and salt to form a smooth dough.
- Spread the dough onto the soaked corn husks.
- Fill each tamale with a spoonful of the chicken and red chili sauce mixture.
- Roll the tamales and fold the ends of the husks.
- Steam the tamales for 1 hour.
