Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 3-4 tbsp vindaloo masala
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2-3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with vindaloo masala and vinegar for 1-2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and salt, and cook until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
