Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 3-4 tbsp vindaloo masala
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2-3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with vindaloo masala and vinegar for 1-2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the potatoes and salt, and cook until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice or bread.
