Chicken Wing Boil
This chicken wing boil recipe is a delicious twist on the traditional seafood boil, perfect for a casual gathering or game day feast.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 lemons, halved
- 4 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- Hot sauce, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, and bay leaves to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken wings, sausage, and corn to the pot and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the juice from the lemons.
- Drain the chicken wing boil and transfer to a large serving platter.
- Serve with hot sauce on the side for an extra kick.
