Chicken Wing Boil

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • Hot sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, and bay leaves to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken wings, sausage, and corn to the pot and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the juice from the lemons.
  5. Drain the chicken wing boil and transfer to a large serving platter.
  6. Serve with hot sauce on the side for an extra kick.
