Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onions, and sauté until fragrant.
