Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet in the oven to heat.
  3. Stir the chopped parsley into the batter.
  4. Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and pour in the batter, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the flatbread is set and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
