Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and sugar. Stir to combine.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet, spooning the tomato sauce over them. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
